Luego de volverse viral a través de un video compartido en redes sociales, la Secretaría de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana informó que el cachorro rescatado por un elemento de la Policía Federal que viajaba a bordo de una patrulla en la carretera León-Silao, en Guanajuato, recibió atención veterinaria.
En su cuenta de Twitter, @SSPCMexico indicó que tras la revisión, el sexo del ejemplar canino corresponde al de una hembra de raza french poodle, la cual presenta fractura en una de sus patas traseras.

El mensaje fue compartido junto a un video en el que se observa al animal cuando recibe atención de un veterinario y es acompañado por el elemento federal. Tras la revisión, se valora si requerirá cirugía para su rehabilitación, indicó.
