Cuernavaca, Morelos; 6 de enero de 2019.- Esta es una lista de las acciones más importantes de este polémico personaje que saltó a la escena política desde hace casi cuatro años.

1.- Colocar a un ex árbitro profesional en la Secretaría de Desarrollo Social del Estado. Hecho que, dicho sea de paso, provocó que el citado funcionario admitiera, que “no tenía la menor idea de qué diablos hacía” en esa dependencia.
2.- Retirar las vallas que confinaban dos carriles en el paso exprés. Aunque a decir verdad esta idea fue del Secretario de Obras, Fidel Giménez; en la ceremonia inaugural con el secretario de la SCT, Gerardo Ruiz Esparza, junto al gobernador Graco Ramírez, el entonces alcalde Blanco Bravo, avaló la obra.
3.- Llegar tarde a la primer reunión con el Presidente de la República con los gobernadores. Testigos nos informan que el futbolista, cuyo estado se encuentra a escasos kilómetros de Palacio Nacional, arribó tardíamente al encuentro con Andrés Manuel López Obrador. Su entrada no fue triunfal, lo contrario, incómoda y notoria: la gran puerta del salón rechinó, el reluciente piso de madera hizo notar los taconazos (nótese que el acostumbra ocupar tenis o tacos pero sobre el pasto de las grandes canchas mundialistas). Ni el saludo recibió ni fue capaz de expresar su disculpa.
4.- Capacidad de síntesis. Pocos como el Gobernador de Morelos; sus mensajes no ocupan más de media cuartilla y contienen las mismas frases sin importar auditorio, tema o ceremonia. Aunque es de reconocerle que logró superar el 1:20 segundos, tiempo promedio establecido por los reporteros de la fuente en Morelos, que el gobernador se permitía hablar… O que podía. Podría romper el “record Guinness”.
5.- Cambiar el monumento de Emiliano Zapata. Con gran audacia y con la anuencia del ayuntamiento de Cuernavaca en la custodia de su suplente Juan Manuel Hernández Limonchi, sin consulta ni aviso, reubicó la escultura ecuestre de Emiliano Zapata a la orilla de la autopista. La medida la tomó para empatar con la visita del Presidente de la República y el anuncio previo al año conmemorativo del “Caudillo del Sur”; los tiempos no se dieron y ni siquiera asistió a la ceremonia inaugural. Para eso está Sanz Rivera… además hubo hasta balazos. 6.- Promesa pública de que por sus “pistolas” no llegaría Francisco Antonio Villalobos Adán a Cuernavaca. Al puro estilo dictatorial, el entonces Gobernador electo y como Constitucional expresaba su decisión de que Villalobos Adán no asumiría la Presidencia Municipal de Cuernavaca; si pudo retirar del escenario morelense a Rabindranath Salazar qué le duraría el joven político.
7.- Reemplacamiento de los automóviles en Morelos. Primero le otorgó, con las reformas a la Ley de la Administración Pública del Estado, autonomía en el manejo de los recursos que recaude o cobre la Secretaría de Movilidad y Transporte a cargo de Víctor Mercado
Salgado; para resarcir los apoyos económicos de la campaña y al anfitrión en varias de las reuniones semanales y distractores al socio propietario del Kookaburra, la Cabrería, Juvia y HamBar Grille, le autorizó incluir en el Presupuesto 2019 la obligatoriedad de que los automóviles en Morelos sean emplacados de nueva cuenta a razón de 800 pesos por unidad.
8- Ausencia a la reunión de CONAGO con el Secretario de Hacienda y Crédito Público. El 11 de diciembre el Gobernador de Morelos no acudió a la reunión de trabajo con el secretario de Hacienda, Carlos Urzúa Macías, para gestionar que en el Presupuesto de Egresos de la Federación 2019 se destinen mayores recursos a la entidades federativas y para la ejecución de obras de infraestructura.
9.- Inició su gobierno como finalizó Graco: Cuauhtémoc Blanco y José Manuel Sanz (no se puede concebir uno sin el otro) inician su gobierno como lo finalizó Graco: confrontados con instituciones, medios de comunicación y periodistas, empresarios, actores sociales, munícipes, legisladores, dirigentes partiditas nacionales y estatales, líderes camarales y sindicales. Se asegura que han distribuido una lista a alcaldes con la sugerencia de proveedores y medios de comunicación con los cuales trabajar; una forma “amable” de dejar claro con quienes no se debe pactar.
10.- Intento fallido de destituir a los fiscales General y Anticorrupción. Por iniciativa del Gobernador, el Congreso del Estado intentó por todos los rumbos jurídicos posibles la remoción de ambos funcionarios. Ante la infundada solicitud y la obvia venganza política, ambos cuentan ahora con la protección legal federal.
11.- Incremento de la violencia de alto impacto. A pesar de las cifras proporcionadas por la Comisión Estatal de Seguridad sobre la disminución mínima del robo de casa habitación y a comercio, los crímenes son permanentes. El secuestro y asesinato de la hija del director de la Facultad de Derecho, el asesinato de una regidora electa en Mazatepec, el intento de incendiar un “antro” a plena luz del día, emboscadas a policías, asesinatos en varios municipios, todo esto los escasos meses de su administración. Cuernavaca fue ubicada en la lista de riesgo de viaje en Estados Unidos y en varios municipios permanece la Alerta de Género.
